Business Application Process
- Project Review Process — This pre-application process
enables staff to become involved with your project proposal(s) at an early development
stage to provide customized options for technical and financial assistance.
Complete the Project Review Form [request.iowa.gov] by creating an account using reQUEST.
Upon completion of the Project Review information submission, applicants invited to apply for financial assistance will receive further instruction regarding how to complete the application.
