Unused Investment Tax Credit Refund

The Refundable Investment Tax Credit for Value-Added Agricultural Products was repealed.

Companies approved for an Investment Tax Credit may still claim the credit amount for which they were approved. Only the refundable component of the Investment Tax Credit available to companies is repealed.
