Wage Thresholds

Wage thresholds for applicants applying for financial assistance from IDED’s business financial assistance programs were revised based upon legislation creating the Grow Iowa Values Financial Assistance Program and the High Quality Jobs Program. These wages also apply to the Economic Development Set-Aside and Enterprise Zone programs. Wage thresholds will be calculated on an annual basis using wage data submitted by Iowa Workforce Development during the most recent four quarters.

To accommodate pending projects, any Iowa Project Questionnaires received prior to July 1, 2011, may utilize the Fiscal Year 2011 wage thresholds, providing full applications are received within six months.
