STATE OF IOWA ACTION PLAN FOR DISASTER RECOVERY (#2)

The Iowa Department of Economic Development announces the availability of a draft
of an Amendment to the State of Iowa Action Plan for Disaster Recovery - # 2.
The Action Plan, as amended, details the housing, community development and business
assistance plans the state proposes, using federal Supplemental CDBG (Community
Development Block Grant) funding from the Supplemental Appropriations Act (P.L.
110-329, 2008). Amendment # 1 adds a new activity, Business Rental Assistance
Program, to the proposed uses of funds. Funds for this activity are provided
for in an amended “Redistribution of Unused Funds” in Activity F, Small
Business Stimulus.
