Housing Application Review Team (HART)
HART is a cooperative inter-agency work group organized by the Iowa Rural Development
Council, representatives of the following:
These groups have jointly developed the Housing Application Review Form. By using
this process, a potential applicant may submit the completed one-page form along
with a brief narrative and have a proposed project informally reviewed by all six
funding agencies with one communication.
