Prairie View Industrial Center

730 acres in the Prairie View Industrial Center is under option by Alliant Energy and available for industrial development. The City of Ames intends to deploy water and waste water facilities to serve development within this area. These sites are able to be served with rail access to the north and are located within two miles of both Interstate 35 and Highway 30 access.
