Bondurant’s Certified Site is comprised of a total of 168.75 developable acres certified for business development. This site is specifically designed for distribution centers, data centers, industrial park/offices/headquarters, or industrial flex space usage with redundant, robust power. The site is located close to a substation and zoned for data centers. It also takes advantage of a major telecommunication line run directly to the site.

As a certified site, this site has all surveys completed and any risks detailed in the reports mitigated, including the Archaeological and Reconnaissance Architecture History Survey.

With a graduation rate of 96.83%, Bondurant-Farrar School District (BFSD) has higher graduation rates than both the state and the nation. The size of the school district allows students the individual attention needed to succeed, while providing the advantages of a bigger school. BFSD has a nationally recognized art program, which was highlighted with the student’s involvement in the creation of the Award-winning Porch Swings and Fireflies art installation at Gateway Park, as well as the design of a grant-funded community murals. Bondurant also has a unique STEAM program K-12 and is a 1:1 laptop district in grades 3-12 with a 2:1 ratio in K-2. High school students complete hundreds of college credits each year on campus, as well as though Des Moines Area Community College and Iowa State University. Additionally, the student construction program is building a $300,000 home this year.
